8.04 desktop does not uninstall using the uninstall feature

It seems from reading your description you used the wubi installer from within Windows to create a dual-boot; is this correct?

Yes i have a dual boot with windows.

The feature of uninstalling ubuntu 8.04 desktop edition does not work.Both add/remove programs in control panel or double clicking the uninstall executable do work.

Yes it is correct. I have a dual boot. But now ubuntu is not uninstalling.

Bug description:
The feature of uninstalling ubuntu 8.04 desktop edition does not work.Both add/remove programs in control panel or double clicking the uninstall executable do work.

What version of Wubi are you using? If it is rev 505 there is a known bug, use the uninstaller provided in the WubiGuide https://wiki.ubuntu.com/WubiGuide (see "Cannot uninstall Ubuntu")

Marking as invalid since it is an old bug which was already fixed in later releases.
