Also tried to contact the author.
I read the "swiggle.c" file and it specifies that the code is under BSD License.
Started trying to package it.

Yes, the author contacted me warning about the license.

On your email you said you already packaged Swiggle. Let me know if you want me to assign this bug to you.

Miguel, I recommend uploading it to REVU, and not your personal PPA.

As you say you contacted the author, I have packaged swiggle already in my PPA for jaunty.
Now if you want to, you can assign this bug to me (if you want to keep it, it would be also OK)

It was my first time with packages and uploading, I had some problems but I solved them (sometimes reading can help). I still have some questions that I'll e-mail to you.

I will now upload it to REVU.
