Bug Description

Touchpad on/off key value same to fn+f1 on HP/Compaq laptop.
When I turn touchpad on the Ubuntu Help window appear.
Then I go to System/Preferences/Keyborad Shortcuts and change the shortcut, the touchpad on/off button and fn+f1 is same value (0xf5).
