Bug Description
Kalva is a lightweight video application for the K Desktop Environment (KDE).
It uses MPlayer and MEncoder to do the real work. It schedules via atd (movies) and crond (series). Kalva's main goal is to be quite simple to setup and easy to use. But apart from that it provides quite some useful features.

Won't fix for now. We generally don't accept any new KDE 3 applications. Also the last stable update was 2 years ago which makes me doubt upstream's intention to port it to KDE 4.
Anyway, please reopen if there should a KDE 4 version appear.
