Bug Description

I'm trying to build "ubuntu-image" with some stage packages from Ubuntu in launchpad:
https://code.launchpad.net/~mvo/+snap/ubuntu-image

However the build fails with:

It appears that snapcraft is using all the local sources via in get_local_sources_list(). However in launchpad these are not authenticated. So the plugin should probably also collect the location apt.conf.d options so that the APT::AllowUnauthenticated option is propagated.

I'm pretty sure this was actually a Launchpad bug, namely bug 1626739; it should be fixed now.
