Network controller does not get an IP address via DHCP

Bug Description
After starting Ubuntu the network controller does not get a valid IP address from the DHCP server. The device eth0 is configured correctly and physically present, but internet does not work. I have to restart that process manually by typing "sudo dhclient eth0" and then all works properly.
