There is written,

but this link goes to http://www.ubuntu-tr.com which is invalid now. Turkish Loco site is http://www.ubuntu-tr.org as seen on https://wiki.ubuntu.com/LoCoTeamList

Hello again. We have changed our domain name to http://www.ubuntu-tr.net for some time ago. So in the http://www.ubuntu.com/support/community/locallanguage#turkish page there could be some changes about that.
