In Ubuntu 10.04 Lucid's translated start page: http://
Same for index.html.ar and many other languages.
"Andecha cola Comunidá" must be "Andecha cola Comunidá".
"Páxina d'entamu d'Ubuntu" must be "Páxina d'entamu d'Ubuntu".
In HTML5 the charset can be declared using „<meta charset="utf-8">”, but I guess it is better to set the HTML4 style charset „<meta http-equiv=
