Mixed use of "applications" and "programs"

Bug Description

In Lucid-e2, the manual uses both terms "application" and "program" interchangeably in a confusing manner.

I personally think it should be application instead of program. "Applications" is one of our menus, and application implies a GUI, which all ordinary users use.
