Bug Description
Canonical's "S4" has been approved for open sourcing. The code will be attached to this ticket. We'll examine the code contributions and explore the best way to merge S4 into txaws.storage. This may involve separate tickets and branches.

Linked the initial branch adding the code. 'trial txaws' now runs a 54 tests instead of 37 :)
