turtleart can't produce a png file from the command line.

Bug Description

In order to create a website for sharing turtleart, we need the following to work:

$ turtleart --make-png myart.ta

will produce myart.png

I fixed this bug, including a kludge for a bug with import gst, which is buried inside the tawindow imports, and screwed up --help on the command line. See attached description. Patched turtleart attached to next comment, called turtleartCmdLine.py

Here is the patched file to go with the comments. I called it turtleartCmdLine.py, not turtleart.

This looks good. It would be helpful to have the patch in the form of a patch. Please see http://wiki.sugarlabs.org/go/Activity_Team/Git_FAQ#How_do_I_generate_a_patch.3F

Also, please note that turtleart.py has changed in mainline from the version you modified (mostly a code cleanup and consolidation of the menu code).
