Synaptic should use better (tango styled) icons

Bug Description

Synaptic needs better icons that are more descriptive, the arrows pointing in all kinds of directions don't make much sense.
I have made some icons that apply to the Tango style guidelines for Ubuntu. An example can be found here: http://hagen.let.rug.nl/s1547615/synaptic-ubuntu-tango.png
I'm sure if they should go in Synaptic itself or a new Ubuntu icon theme.

Nice Icons Hylke! Color coding is bad tho, try to make "marked for complete removal" and "marked for removale" different somehow and try to make broken looks...well...broken (something like force exit icon in the panel would work).
