subunit-filter doesn't understand time

Bug Description

If you have a stream with time information and pipe it through subunit-filter, you get a huge dump of time information. There appears to be no option to filter the time information.

Definitely an issue. Perhaps you could triage and set wishlist? I like it
when folk get engaged with the project...

Yes, wishlist is appropriate. Critical are things like security fixes or
must-do-asap, stop-the-line.
Medium are things that are wrong that we thought were working ok; which you
could argue this is, OTOH as time: is itself only machine processed, its not
really a big issue, which is why I suggest wishlist.
