We should make it possible for people to install the python components (and perhaps the filters that are python specific) from easy_install or pip

This would really help Launchpad use the most recent versions of subunit.

This is now doable, a setup.py has been been merged, which will suffice, for now - but its still manual, its not part of 'make distcheck', yet.
