Bug Description

Soyuz doesn't accept uploads with "Architecture: linux-any" in the .dsc file (like in http://ftp.debian.org/debian/pool/main/a/acpid/acpid_2.0.6-1.dsc).

From the rejection mail:
{{{
Rejected:
Cannot build any of the architectures requested: linux-any
}}}

soyuz accepted acetoneiso containing linux-any [1]. The package is build for no architecture.

The upload was done with syncpackage from ubuntu-dev-tools.

I'd forgotten that primary archive uploads were exempt from the buildable architecture check. But no builds were created, and PPA uploads will be rejected.

Bug #73761 fixed the architecture check to allow things like 'any-i386' and 'linux-i386', but it doesn't handle the 'linux-any' case.
