[PPA] "Read about uploading" link doesn't go to the anchor bookmark #Uploading

Bug Description

I visited my own PPA page ( https://edge.launchpad.net/~medigeek/+archive/ppa ) and noticed an "Upload packages" section with a link "Read about uploading".

Note: The link above appears only to the owner of the PPA

The link points to https://help.launchpad.net/Packaging/PPA/Uploading - which in turn points to https://help.launchpad.net/Packaging/PPA#Uploading?action=show&redirect=Packaging%2FPPA%2FUploading

I use firefox 3 and the resulting page doesn't take me to the #Uploading anchor bookmark.

In short, "Read about uploading" should point to: https://help.launchpad.net/Packaging/PPA#Uploading (not "PPA/Uploading")

This seems to be a problem with MoinMoin in that you can't redirect to an anchor within a page. In 2.2.7 I'll split out the PPA docs into separate pages, which will make this problem go away.

This was fixed during the 2.2.8 cycle, as part of a splitting out of the PPA documentation into separate articles.
