Bug Description
A consequence of the API work to expose archives on the webservices means that PPA-style pages are rendered for the Ubuntu archive. This will nearly always time out because it has 15k packages and the page is not designed to deal with that many.
The PPA-style link should redirect to the distro main page for non-webservice requests.
