Bug Description
The distroseries queue page will often time out on a POST operation when accepting a package that closes bugs with a lot of subscribers (OOPS-1029ED8).
We can alleviate this by doing a redirect back to the page instead of re-rendering it during the same transaction so that the query count is spread across two transactions.
