Bug Description
The current mechanism used in PackageDiff to download the files to be diffed doesn't cope with different SourcePackageRe
This situation is possible because a ubuntu package can be re-uploaded to a PPA without changes, which is not a problem by itself. In such cases a empty diff should be expected.
