Bug Description

When a build hasn't finished yet, the page for that build ends with the text "Finished: not available". This doesn't really make sense.

It would be better to have a "Status:" line that says one of the following:
* not started yet
* started 37 minutes ago
* finished 1 hour ago

Also, if we render the builder 'logtail' for in-progress builds we would save 1 click for most of the users visiting that page.

It would be nice to have a scrolling ajax update of the log tail. Simply done this could be a 30-second (or whatever the db refresh interval from the builders is) refresh of just the tail object. If we wanted to minimise transfers we could also store a offset counter and use that to send less data when the log hasn't moved far.

Matthew, the 3.0 layout for Build:+index (available on edge) makes it lot clearer. Can you confirm if this problem is solved ?
