Bug Description
Current code to automatically retry MANUALDEPWAIT builds when they get their missing dependencies satisfied does not treat PPA builds correctly.
Maybe we should split this task in a separated script, then we can easily check its result and also go in direction of the bug 31777 proposal (remove the need of buildd-
