Bug Description
The timetable wizard forms that allow you to enter the start and end times of periods need to have an additional line of text below "Enter start and end times" that says:
<i><b>Note:</b> on this page, times must be entered in 24-hour (military) time format. For example, "13:00" for 1:00 PM.</i>
