Bug Description
Welsh: "It is important that we handle the "student testing number" field that Justus added into the student demographic info in August. We need to get this data format out to the eight school districts ASAP (as it will take them some time to get their data from their data warehouse folks)."
Presumably this just needs to be added to a version of the import spreadsheet.
