importing and exporting into grade book from excel

I just need to be able to pull that data out in a CSV file for now. I need:

Student, StudentID, Teacher, Course, Section, Scores

A "Download Gradebook CSV" view was added to Manage tab in Gradebook 0.7.2.

It exports a different set of columns:
year, term, section, worksheet, activity, student, grade

But since this bug was reported, and the feature was added, for SLA, maybe this bug can be considered fixed? At least the export part.

This is kinda different -- more can a teacher import or export worksheets directly, so let's not close it.

Teachers can export the gradebook for a section (and all its worksheets) as XLS.
