How to handle a c-format flag on a translation credits message

As translation credits are just special msgids in a po file that we import, they may be preceded by flags. I am not sure about other flags, but c-format flags definitely make no sense here. In the worst case, the credits contain "%something" and the message won't validate.

So we need to either ignore this flag or remove it completely on import.
