Bug Description
This is a follow up for bug 359180.
There is no documentation for the keyboard shortcuts feature.
We can add a list of keyboard shortcuts on the help.lp.
We can underline the letter, or put them KEY in brackets, but not all actions have an associated text.
Exemple: Shift+Alt+C - copy original text.
It looks like most webapps don't provide a visual clue for their shortcuts, but rather document them on the help page.
Also part of this bug, would be to post an announcement on blog.lp.net

I suggest to use some tooltip like implementation because it adds no additional clutter to the page, but still provides help easily when hovering elements with the mouse. Tooltips are known from desktop applications as well, so the user experience should be fine. And launchpad itself uses something at least similiar to tooltips (those little overlay windows, which occur when clicking on the pencil icon, e.g. for changing bug state).
