Bug Description
It would be nice if there was a link to my preferred language preferences from my Translations page.
I spent quite some time figuring out where I could change my preferred languages. Intuitively I thought was this setting would be under Translations.

Indeed, it should be more visible on one's personal translations page. It is very in your face now if you have not set them at all, but we should make it easier to change them afterwards as well. Though, do note that your preferred languages are also used if you are doing and user support with Launchpad Answers to indicate languages you understand.
