Bug Description

We should put links to translation instructions (bug 319996) and translation style guide (blueprint: link-to-style-guide) in a more visible spot on +translate pages (atm, translation style guide is shown in the bottom description of the pofile).

It should likely sit somewhere on the righthand side of the page in a floating box or similar.

Also, the URL to the translation instructions for the translation group does not appear at all on the +tranlate pages. At least, I do not see it.

It doesn't appear because I didn't think there would have been much sense in putting it anywhere (like in the footer). I've talked this over with Martin, and will land a fix soon.
