Add comments to POFile for communication between translators

Bug Description
It would be nice if translators could add a comment to the po file, such as:
"Conventions used in this translation: `foo' is translated to `bar'"
etc.

It could be a [list of tuples] internaly, with on a gui point of view, a search field on the left that give the word associate, and another box with two fields : english - translation_
The problem i see is, what if we change ? It may be interesting to have a "search item which contains []", to correct it more easily.
But a wiki-like page with comments allowed, like in wikipedia could be usefull too
