po files should have the same name as when they were uploaded

Bug Description
Exported po files should have the same name as when they were exported or follow the default naming scheme of
<email address hidden>
The files are being processed after exporting and should have a simple filename for processing.

I asked Carlos about this earlier today on irc and he agreed.
The exported po files currently have the name of the template in them - please strip that out and leave the filenames just as "lang.po" as they were before.
