[gutsy] Important documentation translations in "Needs review" state

Bug Description

Important documentation translations are needing review, and in general the "needs review" queue should be cleaned up since it has entries beginning from June. This bug is just to remind of it.

Among the important-sounding ones are:
ubuntu/switching/switching.pot in ubuntu-docs in Ubuntu Gutsy (a new chapter in ubuntu-docs that should be translated?)
ubuntu/hardware/hardware.pot in ubuntu-docs in Ubuntu Gutsy - mentioned on ubuntu-tranlators
website-index/website-index.pot in ubuntu-docs in Ubuntu Gutsy
gnome2-user-guide/user-guide.pot in gnome-user-docs in Ubuntu Gutsy

The xubuntu/kubuntu templates inside ubuntu-docs (not kubuntu-docs or xubuntu-docs) should be deleted according to this post: https://lists.ubuntu.com/archives/ubuntu-translators/2007-September/001252.html (please delete the kubuntu and xubuntu ones in ubuntu-docs which appear to have been uploaded accidentally)

The situation has improved a lot, though I'd still be interested if website-index is supposed to be imported so that doc.ubuntu.com or such would be translated properly.

Well, for the doc packages, we never approve anything until someone from the ubuntu-doc team tells us to do it because in previous releases there were faulty entries that we had to remove later.

So what's missing is that someone from the ubuntu-doc team confirm us whether we should accept and import preface.pot, switching.pot, packagingguide.pot and website-index.pot for ubuntu-docs package and systemdocs.pot for kubuntu-docs package.

All the ubuntu-docs templates mentioned can be deleted.

Timo - help.ubuntu.com hasn't been translated since Edgy - we encourage translators to host translated documentation on local team websites as with other Ubuntu resources.
