Bug Description
We cannot let the script tag all bugs linked to a branch, because some devels reuse branches so the bugs are there but aren't related to the fix.
The script should ignore only Fix Released (despite of bug 638468), because there are several people who change the status of the bug to Fix Committed as soon as they submit their fixes to PQM.
