[wishlist] support set_title on Bug (html_bug) object

Bug Description

I wanted to use python-launchpad-bugs to do some find and replace modifications to the title / summary of our bugs.

However, out of the box, it seems python-launchpad-bugs doesn't provide a setter for the Bug title. It is trivial to add this in (see attached patch).

Any particular reason why this hasn't been enabled?
