Bug Description

When running the tests locally against bzr.dev (1.6 beta 2) the following traceback occurred:

Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "/home/tim/src/pqm/record-elapsed-time/pqm/tests/test_pqm.py", line 395, in setUp
    from bzrlib.add import smart_add_tree
exceptions.ImportError: cannot import name smart_add_tree

Actually on further investigation, the tests pass with bzr 1.4 but not bzr 1.5 with the same error above.
