Bug Description
Booting pauses for 180 seconds on udev --settle with the following error message:
can't unmount /dev: device or resource busy
[root@betty ~]# rpm -q geninitrd
geninitrd-
[root@betty ~]# rpm -q udev
udev-137-4.i686
[root@betty ~]# uname -a
Linux betty 2.6.28.6-1 #1 SMP Tue Feb 17 21:31:06 CET 2009 i686 Intel(R)
