Bug Description
When removing window decorations, metacity doesn't resize the window and causes a white space below some windows when they first appear under UNR. Maximus hides this issue partially.
TEST CASE: run synaptic from a jaunty UNR install, notice that while the package cache is scanned, there's a blank space below the window.

This is actually a metacity bug (that's why we have our own metacity package), I need a bit of time to get it ready for Intrepid. I'm aiming to get it done by the end of the week.
