Disable decorator tooltip with a gconf key

This honestly seems worthless. Perhaps you should give a bit more detail on what you want and why.

I do not understand the tooltip in decorator bar nomenclature. For example, /desktop/ does not exist in my 10.04 Ubuntu. So I cannot find out if it is true or false. I am willing to learn but have found no way so far.
