Bug Description

Could someone please set the time on the machine mootbot is running on? It's waaay out of sync :)

Looks like the new mootbot server is also off now, by a minute or two. And it is reporting times in US/Central rather than UTC (which I think it used to do). Can someone get ntp back up and set TZ?

It is currently running on someones personal server, which is in US/Central - I am reluctant to ask them to change their server set up, as they are doing me a favour by hosting mootbot. However, I will see if I can fix the fact that it is off by a couple of minutes.

The server time doesn't need to get changed. That's what the environment variable TZ is for. Just export TZ=UTC before mootbot gets started should fix the issue, wherever it might be moved to in the future. :)
