Bug Description
Alacarte doesn't look good at all under netbook remix.
The title bar disappears but it doesn't maximise. Attached is a screenshot.
To reproduce run alacarte.

This seems to be an issue with Metacity and programs that, when maximised, would be larger than the screen area. Instead of maximising them, Metacity set's them as maximised but doesn't actually resize them. Maximus thinks the windows are maximised and happily un-decorates them.
