Bug Description
If you used AJAX for the bug filing form, showing options as they are entered, you wouldn't needn't two different but filing forms. Those who wanted the complicated form could simply just expand the arrows and fill in. Those who needed the handholding could have a little thing to explain what they needed to do, with each element opening as the previous was filled in.
(This would render bug 75977 obsolete.)
