repeated bug in search for bugs with patches

Bug Description
I did a search for all bzr bugs with patches:
Surprisingly enough some bugs (e.g. #3623) are listed several times. It looks like there is one row for each patch, not one for each bug with a patch.

I think this is a symptom of a deeper issue: a bug search listing should collapse all matching tasks into one row per bug, with the relevant data for each task being shown in that row.
The confusion is equally apparent in, for example, the +subscribedbugs report.
