As seen on OOPS-1138B2582, trying to filebug with apport oopses:

 DownloadFailed: Unable to retrieve LibraryFileAlias 22512645

I'll add as a comment, so the description won't became bloated of oopses, but we're having this one on a daily basis: OOPS-1178A231, OOPS-1178B10, OOPS-1174E1275, OOPS-1174E1288, OOPS-1178C1364, OOPS-1178F1168.
