Bug Description
In bug comments it would be useful if comments by developers were marked in some way so that reporters knew that their bug was being looked at. There are of course context clues, but those require stronger reading skills and since not all users speak the native language of their developers, this can easily lead to missing those clues. Bugzilla marks developer comments and I find it very helpful so that I /know/ a developer has seen and is aware of my problem. It also helps developers be a little more authoritative in the case of controversial bug reports, usually this is in the case of feature requests you (as the develop) disagree with and are saying you won't implement.

Alex, could you point to an example of a Bugzilla page where this is done? I think it might help to actually see this in action -- seeing how someone else solved a UI problem often makes it easier to think about, and also if they solved it well we might want to try for a compatible appearance.
