"You have been subscribed" email hides the reporter

This bug comes out of the discussion on https:/
When someone files a bug on launchpad (to which I'm not subscribed) and then that bug is re-assigned to launchpad-bazaar (to which I *am* subscribed), I get an email saying "You have been subscribed to a public bug:". It would be great if the email told me *who* had filed the bug.
This next bit is a little more speculative: A bug like that is basically a new bug from my PoV. It would be nice if the mail I got from Launchpad looked like the mail I get for new bugs filed on launchpad-bazaar.
Bug 297398 is an example of such a bug.
