Bug Description
After you have approved a bug nomination for a series, it's not really possible to reject the nomination again. It's possible to mark the bug as Won't Fix in that series, but it's not really the same.
There shouldn't be any difference rejecting a nomination before or after it has been approved. It should still be shown as rejected in the UI.
