Bug Description

In the bug attachments portlet, indicate which attachments are flagged as patches (using a different icon, or another obvious visual clue).

I wrote a greasemonkey script that changes the class for the attachment from download to news if it is a patch. You can find it at http://people.ubuntu.com/~brian/greasemonkey/lp_patches.user.js . It also works for bug comments including attachments, not just the attachments portlet.

All the bits of this are covered by the work going on in bugs #172507 and #344054. So I'll dupe this against the first, though the work spans these bugs.
