Bug Description

TextualBugTaskSearchListingView uses cursor() and BugTaskSet.buildQuery() to retrieve only the bug ids. Using the ORM cause memory problems because that view doesn't limit the number of bugs it reports about (see bug 206654). That code should be moved to a method on IBugTaskSet.
