Bug Description
GForge, a FOSS fork of SourceForge, is a popular software development hosting service. Launchpad should support bug watches being made against GForge-based bug trackers. Since all GForge instances provide the same SOAP API, it should be relatively easy for Launchpad to support importing status and importance of bugs from those trackers as well.
Savane is another SourceForge fork, which is used to power Savannah and a number of other sites (see bug 211085). At the moment Launchpad supports watches against Savannah bugs but not other Savane instances.
