When browsing revisions, next should go up, previous should go down, numerically

Bug Description

In the revision view, when going to a different revision, currently "next" takes you down to (revno - 1), and previous takes you to (revno + 1). This is backwards, since next and previous are indicators of motion, next should be (revno + 1), and previous should be (revno - 1).
