Link to removed file in changelog tracebacks

Bug Description
When a file is removed, we show the file with a link to annotate it, in the very revision it's not present anymore.
This tracebacks. We should remove the link, and possibly add something like (See file.txt in previous revision X)

It might be best to remove the broken link now and add the new link later, since getting an Internal Server Error page is ugly.
